Far from “luxury”. Had a truck stolen from outside because there is no parking, had a dirt bike stolen from the garage because they couldn’t identify the problem in a timely manner. They acted as slumlord management in trying to evict a three year old child (after signing the lease the 3rd time). I would recommend either of the 2 complexes near this- just avoid this one!

I've rented here twice now and I love it here. The pool and clubhouse are gorgeous and the office feels very welcoming- thank you Cherry, Marcus, and Martina :) . Great location for commuting and new shops / restaurants keep coming into the area. Apartments are spacious and maintenance has been very responsive whenever I have had an issue- which is rare. Highly recommend.
I have lived at Arista Uptown for two years now, and am renewing for year three. I’ve stayed at a lot of apartments over the years in many different states and this is one of my favorites. The apartment layouts are large and spacious (largest bedroom I've had in a one bedroom apartment ever), the maintenance team is always on top of things, the office staff are always so kind and happy to help, the amenities are wonderful, the grounds are always clean, and for the area the rent really is a good price.
