Arise and Adam are amazing! Adam is so professional, helpful and knowledgable. He can always get to the bottom of lingering issues I have come in with (from a shoulder issue to tinnitus from a concussion). I cannot recommend Adam or Arise enough.
Alyssa is fantastic! She's soft and gentle with her manipulation, and is great about being able to sense your comfort levels. I've been seeing her for a little over a year and always feel much better after my appointments!

Nothing but good things to say about Arise. I went to physio twice a week for 8 weeks with not a whole lot of improvement. After a couple of sessions of osteo, my shoulder never felt better. Alyssa is super nice and knowledgeable and has helped me so much and answers all my questions! You can tell they aren’t trying to take advantage of you and get you to come in all the time, they want you to improve and get better :)
Lara is an exceptional osteopath—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, explains her findings clearly, and provides effective, individualized treatment. I noticed real improvement quickly and felt well supported throughout my care. Highly recommend.
