This place is horrible, and almost all of it has to due with the PROPERTY MANAGER ROSEMARY!! She is horrible and all tenants have issues with here. She can’t be trusted at all, the property was so much better before she arrived. I’ve had vehicles broken into, electricity taken out my name mysteriously and placed in the apartments complex name. Work utility vehicle towed at being on property for over 2yrs. The tow company that give her a cut out all there tows. She is money hungry and will do anything to get it. Corporate off... read more
middle to upper class pricing with a low rent mentality. Beware that this is a complex with little regard for your personal property.
RecommendedThe staff was super helpful and considerate. I enjoyed chatting with all of them especially Clifton Payne. He was very nice and thorough with the area and details about the property.
Awesome staff! Great experience since being here! Maintenance department is prompt and quick! Keeps a smile on my face! The community events are fun and engaging! I feel safe and the community feels like family!
This property is poorly kept!!! I will not renew here! Huge spiders are a problem here along with various wasp nest! Stray cats, dog poop everywhere, trash through the foyers. This is ridiculous!
3 months Beautiful apartments, great location and service. Lots of amenities, love that we have washer and dryer in our apartment.
Worst decision ever! Don’t waste your time and money just stay away from here! Maintenance the worst they just say they’ll come later. 90% of the time the office won’t answer the phone so anything you need from them you would have to actually go there but they always seem to have time to go live on Facebook. On building 6 you can always smell weed at night and if you complain about loud neighbors they only give you the non emergency police number.
