I can not fathom how technicians who are supposed to be trained and experienced were able to provide the most horrible service EVER! I took my laptop there for hardware repair because the hinges were falling off when I received my laptop back, it turned off in a matter of thirty minutes and would not turn back on. Also, my keyboard was destroyed as every time I type a letter the entire keyboard bounced up and down. Excellent customer service great people to deal with, they did an amazing job with my laptop, it had more that 50 virus and they cleaned up the computer fast and effectively, its been over 5-6 month of the repair and its working like the first day i pick it up. Thanks a lot guys

So I sent my laptop in to get fixed back in Feb. and we TOLD them that it was the charger piece that needed to be fixed. Well, they checked it out and found out that the motherboard was also fried. They replace the motherboard and send it back. I had it less than a week and it completely stopped charging. Come to find out, they didn't bother fixing the charger piece, so again we had to send it back. A month and a half later, my laptop if FINALLY back in my hands.
