If I could give place Zero I would. They are careless.. they only care about filling the case so they can make money. They do not care about their clients care. what their clients needs are. They will just send any providers to your home Most of their providers are not trained.. some providers will come in your home be on their phone all day. Mikayla she is not good at all. I have been with Arion for over 10 years and have had some truly amazing area supervisors. As a parent of a child with special needs, I understand that our families often have high demands and expectations. At the same time, this company is here to provide guidance, work collaboratively with parents, support our children, and connect us with appropriate resources. Run the other way! In my opinion there are much better agencies out there than this one. They act like they care but unfortunately at the end they don’t. It’s a shame how this agency is being ran.

I have done many training and many in person training as well, and I have to say Diane Harris has been incredibly rude to me. I don’t know how I got on her bad side when I only met her for a couple minutes in class, but she definitely was not kind through the whole process. She has a bad attitude for no reason. Targeted me the whole class and single with me out as well very disappointed with how she teaches.
