Dr Sheingold has performed at least 4 procedures on my tootsies. He’s always been a very professional and engaging physician, making sure I felt no pain. I only wish all doctors I see were as caring. I’ve never had to wait long so the other reviews about wait time had to be a “one off” day for the office. It happens. Staff is always nice. I’d recommend Dr. Sheingold without hesitation.
I’m a quietly nervous person when it comes to the unknown. I’ve have a few appointments with Dr Sheingold over the past few years. Being not too fond of feet to begin with, my issue was causing me discomfort. The Dr. Was extremely pleasant, careful and explained exactly what was going on and what to expect during the procedure. He was extremely engaging with general conversation and after care. Was also very delicate. Entire staff is always pleasant. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
My mother had an appt today and after waiting 45 min to be told they were cleaning a room, then waiting another 15 min to not be seen my mother left. Very unprofessional. It is not good business to have an appt and wait for that amount of time with no updates, especially when others coming in well after my mother were taken right back. I would NEVER recommend this place. I would give zero stars if it would let me
I got a toenail infection in my big toe, with a swollen cuticle and all. This doctor gave me a cream to rub on it. It did not work. I wanted to talk to the doctor. When he FINALLY called me back he proceeded to yell at me that he was busy with patients who had puss coming out of their toes. I ended up having to take 2 round of Cipro and eventually the toenail had to be surgically removed. This guy needs a course in patient politeness.
As a person he was nice & pleasant. I was a new patient and waited for the Dr for 1 1/2 hrs. He came in and never apologized or offered an explaination why he was 1 1/2 hours late. While waiting in this small exam room I noticed lots of toe nail clippings in the peddle bar that lifts and drops the table. Yuk. He numbed & trimmed my big toenail but left the nail portion that was causing me pain. I went to my pedicure person & she removed it and the pain finally went away. Sorry Dr Sheingold
