Dr. Ismail was kind, patient and took the time to make me feel comfortable. A colonoscopy is very intense but he took time to explain the procedure and I have to say the nurses were awesome too.
It was just a brief experience at St Mary's but I found Dr. Ismaili to be very polite, patient and asked if I had any questions before the procedure. I don't recall the procedure itself (thank goodness) but the notes provided afterward were clear and informative.
No issues with the dr. I have an issue with the receptionist (very rude and hostile) who scheduled my procedure for June 11. I called to ask about my medication and thats how i found out she had changed it to june 23. I took time off work and was getting ready to take my meds. Not to mention my mom also took this time off work to be my driver. When i asked her if she had changed it she said no but i looked back at our phone conversations that are saved on my phone and also my calendar and she had in fact changed it. They als... read more
Nothing like seeing the doctor and get told that I should wipe my butt with my hand....... everytime!
Horrible and very rude. Not helpful.
