No issues with Dr.Ismaili, he is great with his patients but when it comes to the receptionist...Oh gosh! Have never seen such a rude person in my entire life. I feel she is the gastroenterologist having superiority complex and attitude issues. She thinks she is above then everyone else as if she is paying the bills for me. Very painful, no anaesthetic until I couldnt take the pain anymore. Was so alert following procedute I coukd have driven myself home.
