G Please don't deal with this agent. If you still do then be ready to be a loser. They are cheaters. They have no ethics. These kind of people spoil India's name and human race. Hope this review has an impact to the extent that you will not choose this agent in your life. For me any one by name Venkatesh Rao will not be trusted ever.
Did he take your money and leave? I heard that this guy jumped taking everybody's money and never issuing tickets. His phone numbers and everything has been disconnected.
DO NOT USE ARIES TRAVEL - THEY SUCK BIG TIME Untrust worthy service. Don't waste your time. Aries Travel Agency does not respect the time of their customers. They will NOT respond to emails or return your calls. You receive your eticket weeks after you pay for it. Aries Travel Agents will tell you that the airline takes time to process the ticket. Apparently ANY airline will issue an eticket within 24hours. Aries Travel Agency is not worth working with for any destinations.
Unprofessional service with questionable integrity I have had a terrible experience with Aries Tour and Travel and Mr Venkatesh. They have not issued a full refund as promised to a cancelled flight. I do not recommend this unethical and unprofessional business organization.
