Super bad experience. Got a deal from Groupon for exfoliation. I told the lady that I have sensitive skin and my face felt burning during the exfoliation. She just ignored me and told me that was normal to feel hot/irritated. Then, my face got burned and got rashes pretty BAD all over my face!! I couldn't even go to work. Eventually I needed to go to a Dermatologist to fix it.

Yes this is Ariel at Ariels, I notice that you had a bad experience back in 2013, do you know who it was that did that facial, I am sue it was not me, Ariel, however I would be happy to give you a visit at no cost to remove this referral that may hurt my buisness, as any groupon servicer is no longer renting a room with us. I went in to see Katie and was just thinking it would be fun to try. I ended up loving my results! They were simply amazing, the whole time was so relaxing, and Katie was far beyond wonderful! She is an expert on the whole line of products that she sells, and was able to recommend products for my skin type and for any corrections that I wanted to see with my skin. Best facials and best Aesthetician ever! – Holy Crap. I just got the most AMAZING facial from Kim at Ariel's Skincare. This was my third facial at Ariel's but my first time seeing Kim and I tell you what, I will absolutely be going back to see her. I loved Ariel's the minute I walked in for the first time. Skip it and try elswhere, – This place was not exactly what I had planned, relaxing facial NOT EVEN close. To start off while waiting for my appt, the owner comes running in and starts screaming at the receptionist. Once I was shown to my room it was incredibly dirty including the towels and bathroom, it really needed to be cleaned. Amazing. – I went to Ariel a few months ago after purchasing a groupon. The care, warmth, and knowledge she shared while treating me was simply amazing. In fact, after that visit, I did more research into what she had shared with me, and it led me to change the way I eat (and I already ate healthy, unprocessed food!). My mom just asked me what I want for Christmas, and my answer is more treatments from Ariel. I can't wait to make another appointment!
