I had a terrible experience at this office. Very unprofessional staff and no effort to make things right when I complained. Stay away.
Dr, Kauvar has treated me medically for over 10 years. I can return to her when needed, as I did for a biopsy last week. In addition to her skill as a surgeon , and MOHs expert, her attention to me and kindness are very important to me; especially the trust I have in her. Thank you Dr. kauvar
Dr Kauvar is an excellent physician! She always gives the best recommendations and individualizes her treatments perfectly. Her office is beautiful and organized, and everyone is nice and friendly.
Dr. Kauvar was insentive and rude. Her famous melasma treatment made my skin worse. She blamed it on me and said I was in the sun (false). I couldn't believe how rude she was and not to mention her awful staff. They charged me $1,200 and my skin actually got worse. It felt like a joke but Dr. kauvar didn't take any responsibility. There are too many great dermatologists in NYC to settle on Dr. Kauvar, who doesn't even take insurance. If you need a derm in NYC please visit Dr. Green!
Loved her, and her team! Dr Kauvar explained everything that was happening in detail, to eliminate any concerns or worries.
