Ariella was the worst experience I have ever had with a provider. After starting my meds, we were going through the standard phase of trying to figure out dosage. Her advice was for me to play around with it and see what works for me. This an obscene comment to make to anyone. I was doing telehealth within the office I was going to in Appleton. Ari never showed up to my last appointment, never refilled my last prescription after telling her boss and myself that she would fill it. I had to go to the mental health emergency clinic to get a 7 day emergency refill of my meds, to which Ari still didn’t refill my meds. She was let go from the practice she was working at and she suddenly ghosted me and treated me with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. I don’t know what happened between her and the practice, but it should not have impacted her patients. I’m appalled.
