Zero Stars! How can a medical office that never answers calls, cancel appts and is horrendous be allowed to stay open putting so many lives at risk for over a freaking year?! This is beyond ridiculous. Can anyone like an attorney please explain this to us folks who have suffered through this traumatizing experience?! How this is even possible in 2026 is beyond me. The MD and the staff all need to be sued in some capacity!
This is absolutely ridiculous. They scheduled an appointment for me without my consent, at a date and time when I’m not even available. I’ve been trying to call to reschedule, but unable to be transfer. It seems like the office is always closed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, and you can’t even leave a voicemail because it’s not considered an emergency. Doctor is good but staff can be rude. I did get my issue resolved so I can’t complain
Truly go somewhere else. You will never be able to get a hold of your provider at this clinic. They text back between 5 days to a week+, you don’t even get to pick your appointment days because they just text you when your appointment is. I had a bad reaction to the anti biotics they gave me and I couldn’t get a hold of a nurse or anything. You just have to text the front desk.
