Impossible to schedule an appointment. The text system that’s supposed to be faster just ignores me. And when I try calling the office, no one answers.
My experience with this medical provider has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Their lack of professionalism and total disregard for patient safety have caused me significant harm. Between the ineffective, drawn-out treatment and the constant 'ghosting' by their staff—including missed appointments and ignored messages—it is clear they do not care about healing. All the reviews you are seeing about this place are legit. Worst office staff I have EVER seen. Or rather never seen because it’s like they don’t exist with the rate they miss phone calls and seldom reply to texts. I hope they fire the entire office staff.
NP called me dramatic and said I may need mental health help and tried to give me tips on that. I was met with retaliation after I complained about this — my insurance “suddenly stopped working” there even though I’ve been going for a very long time already. I was then called and scolded for using the term retaliation. I’ve NEVER spoken to the doctor, only talked to his NP’s.
Second update: I switched to Kaiser and canceled my follow up appointment because I’d rather be in the hands of people who care. I initially rated 5 stars for my early December visit from last year, but after my experience today things have changed. I had my colonoscopy scheduled for today. I drank a whole gallon of Gavilyte the night before (which was an unbearable experience) and went the whole day without food and everything.
