This Dr s office is extremely BAD. The staff is unorganized and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone EVER. They sent me the wrong location for my colonoscopy and when I showed up after a 24 hour prep at 6am there was no appointment and Noone to find out where I was to go. They harassed me about confirming my appointment which I did MULTIPLE times and never sent me the correct address. They are INCOMPETENT. Go anywhere else. . This place is horrible and RUDE
I would rate this facility a Zero. Avoid coming to this facility!! You call to make an appointment and no one answers. It says to text for fast service and they never respond. This is really ridiculous! PLEASE AVOID COMING!
The office staff exhibited a general lack of professionalism that was quite concerning. During my initial appointment, the doctor failed to arrive, leaving his physician assistant to conduct the consultation over the phone. Unfortunately, her demeanor was curt and unwelcoming, making it difficult to understand her responses and leaving my sister feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient.
Absolutely a disgrace of an organization...! DO NOT, under any circumstances, even attempt to make an appointment. If you are one of the lucky ones to actually have a procedure scheduled, they will cancel it again, and again, and again. Your life is too important to be trusted with this SCAM.
