La peor clínica en la que me an atendido,si eso se llama atención una chica me dio una cita por teléfono yo nunca vi al doctor dijo que esperara 4 meses y luego me la cancelo una semana antes por mensaje de texto y todavía dijeron que fue mi culpa ,no lo puedo creer son muy irresponsables .
Nunca contestan al numero ni los textos alguien tiene algun numero diferente donde respondan por fabor.
Impossible to get in touch with these people. They do not answer the phone and insist you text them. Then they take weeks to respond to a simple text message.
I was so scared seeing all the terrible reviews, but I had an appointment today (which I had called and got scheduled just two days prior), and it went well from beginning to end. Front desk receptionist with the sharp eyeliner was super welcoming and chill, intake person was super kind, Dr. Erin was attentive, empathetic and a great listener, and the last person who spoke with me about my follow up colonoscopy appointment was suuuuper sweet and thorough. The most horrible and frustrating experience EVER!! They never answer the phone, they have a different number for a " faster response " which is actually 3/4 DAYS LATER!! When I finally got someone to answered, they put me on hold, waited for 1hr, just to be hang up on because it was lunch hour already! This is horrible, they need to be reported!!
