The note left on my door after my rent was raised $1500.00 ...#classy. Very indicative of how Ariel communicates and treats it’s long term residents. It’s a new building, and yet everything is always broken with no notification as to when it will be fixed - major things, like the elevators and trash shoots break down consistently. You can do better in Little Italy.
