Don't do business with Ariel Homes and it's crook owner, Israel Jacob Dery. The California State License Board has SUSPENDED THEIR LICENSE. Also, the Better Business Bureau has downgraded the company to a letter C grade. UPDATE FROM MY REVIEW BELOW... I strongly advise against hiring Ariel Homes for any construction needs. Jacob will hire subcontractors that he's never collaborated with before, as most established professionals tend to steer clear of working with him. Unfortunately, these subcontractors often aren't compensated as promised by Jacob. We have met 2 while working on our project. UPDATE FROM MY REVIEW BELOW... I tried multiple times to create a mutual settlement agreement with Israel Jacob Dery since he had taken $72K of $106K proposal when he had not even completed any of the 4 projects we had agreed to. He refused to show up to sign the agreement even though he had agreed to the dollar figure and payment terms. Last I heard, he moved from the 4272 Armand Dr Address, which is one of the Ariel Homes headquarters listed on his website, in the middle of the night. update to original review below. after posting my review of Ariel homes Jacob reached out and gave me the option to cancel our contract if I agreed to remove all of my negative reviews. his offer, as I already paid him the amount of $12,500, was to refund me $2,500 and complete the drawings per the contract. thus paying him $10,000 for a set structural and architectural drawings while waiting 7 months for them. after 5 weeks of not receiving the drawings I reached out and he said he was busy moving ( running from his problem... read more

AVOID ARIEL HOMES AT ALL COSTS, UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH DAILY HEADACHES. Jacob who is our project manager was barely on site--what kind of Project Manager is that? The quality was poor and everything was a backjob because he did not provide clear instructions to his subcontractors. JACOB HAS A HUGE COMMUNICATION ISSUE.
