I love living here started off in a two bedroom and transferred into a 3 bedroom lisha in the office is bomb she is always so sweet and professional she helped me with my transfer and made the process so easy and simple she kept me in the loop and always made sure I was ok she made the living experience even better she’s such a asset to this community and as a tenant I’m very lucky to have her thank you for everything

My work agency placed me here. Interstate is at your back door, airport is less than 5 miles away and pool is ice cold - not heated. Walls, ceiling, floors are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. Probably the worst apartment I’ve lived at.
There is always trash on the road and in the grass because the garbage pickup lets it fall off the truck and sit in the street. There is never enough parking because none of the spots are assigned so you have to park 2 or more buildings away. I feel bad for people who have an electric car. Ariel does not prioritize the 1 charging location they have for electric cars. I think they did what they had to for a tax break and don’t care about supporting electric vehicles.
I would not recommend Ariel apartments for several reasons. Firstly the lack of any real rule enforcement. Also about 60% of the time the main gate is broken so anyone can just drive in. The security guard spend most of his time parked at one end or another doing nothing. As for parking it’s a complete joke there are people parking everywhere especially on the grass between building 13025.
