My 85 year old Mother-in- Law was in need of a 40 gallon propane water heater to replace her 22 year old unit. I arranged for 4 estimates from major plumbing companies around Tucson, of which AriCo Plumbing was hundreds of dollars cheaper compared to the next lowest estimate. on may 28th I got into contact with someone who works for arico about looking at my a/c unit. he said it was old and needed to be replaced. he said he needed 500$ cash down and 6000$ made out to him to get the unit. he wrote me an invoice for all of it. after 3 weeks of constant reschedueling for an install I said im tried of waiting and want a refund. he said the refund would take 15-30 days. so 7 weeks later still didnt have my refund. was constantly getting the run around when my money was going to be ready for me.
