Not often does someone have a "good" experience with their oil company but... this company looks after its customers. When oil prices skyrocketed for reasons that were out of their hands, they sent a message to customers with a warning and since it was the end of the season, we were able to pause delivery. Obviously, financially this was not best for them but they cared enough for their customers to think of them first. Customers for life and it was earned.
If you are not buying this Olive Oil, you are missing out on some of the best tasting Olive oil on the market. I had an incident at Christmas time, where I ordered the oil to prepare my Christmas Eve 7 fish dinner and a neighbor took my package!!! Ariba replaced the item and the replacement arrived in time for our meal- So grateful for the excellent service!!

Awesome company and people that work there!!!! Called in last minute for an oil delivery and they came sooner than expected!!!! And make sure I have the oil I needed to get through this cold spell thanks everyone you are the best!
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have little regard for their customers and the woman Karen who works in the office, lies and is abrupt, and rude, and has a serious attitude problem.
