The serviceman was extremely rude. I called to see if I could get an estimate on replacing an old oil tank and he acted like he didn't want to do it. I promptly escorted him off of my property and I never called this company again for an oil delivery or service. I decided to convert my boiler from oil to gas and that was one of the best decisions that I made because gas is cheaper and a much cleaner fuel than oil. I agree with the reviews about customer service. They were nice and helpful the first time we ordered. After that, attitude and rude. Feels like they think people have no options.
The best oil company ever, starting by Karen who is always so pleasant . The dispatcher Keith who sent the most pleasant drivers so quickly to my dad's house .I will highly recommend ariba oil
Fantastic Service!! Called for a delivery at 8:30am this morning... a Saturday morning..... and they delivered my oil by 10:15am!!!!!!! Also love their auto delivery plan. Great Job Ariba! A+++++
We’ve had this company for over a year now and the customer service is getting worse and worse. Their website says they price match but apparently that’s only certain times. We have snow coming and they don’t price match when it snows apparently. They were also extremely rude on the phone, pressuring us saying if we don’t buy today we might not be able to get oil for over a week.
