The agents are nice but they are all liars. I asked repeatedly for them to remove my husband 's phone number from my file and each time the agents I spoke with told me they did. It only took 3 months for me to find out that they didn't because that's when they started calling him again and asking to speak with me. I also repeatedly told them that I didn't want to change my policy and if I decided to change my coverage, I would call them because they would call at various times during the day, several times a day every 3 mont... read more
I've been trying to cancel my policy with them for 4 years! I've almost been lied to and hung up on. They even can't get my name right!
Very unorganized, fraud activity I have no doubt Care more about the sales then customers. Will call and hound them to death. Wouldn't recommend Aries Agency in Wexford or Morgantown.
