Sisterly, helpful & responsible.
Called to become a new patient. First woman was impatient, didn’t ask why I called, then abruptly hung up. Called back, a man continued intake, seemed surprised I was the patient. When I said I wasn’t on meds, he said there’s a 2–3 month wait. Felt like I wasn’t worth their time because I wasn't a viable cash cow. If that’s policy, post it—don’t waste ours with cold, dismissive treatment.

My husband was diagnosed with cancer. Their office is always open and willing to help their patients. He walked in hoping for a sooner appointment, and the staff was happy to assist. Dr. Estes has provided professional care for me for several years. He has my complete confidence. I am comfortable asking questions if I have them. So grateful he has remained practicing here, as so many of my practitioners have left the system.

Dr. Arce listens to all of the son's addressing them knowledgeably and respectfully. He asks insightful questions about his physical and emotional development, making sure he feels comfortable and heard. Everything is explained clearly and patiently, and the appointment never feels rushed.
Uncooperative staff running interference, rendering this medical group a useless and frustrating waste of time. Doesn't matter if Dr's are any good if staff refuses to cooperate or do their job. (edit:) Staff also VERY dishonest and hostile. Accusing patient of their own behavior in childish 'I-Know-You-Are-But-What-Am-I' fashion.
