Dr. William Khieu was so great, the entire team was amazing. They were all so caring and helpful.
Dr. Khieu is great. His office staff in terrible and takes no action on anything. Billing and virtual scheduling is a joke. I can definitley unpack this more but not worth my time and nobody in their office cares. Very sad situation for this facility.
