Among the properties I searched this one has a good balance of quality/cost. The pool has good furniture and is very nice. The gym and the front clubhouse is very well kept. The apartment inside has a lot of drawers and a desk

Avoid This Place at All Costs I can’t stress this enough: stay away from this place unless you’re okay with wasting money. It feels like a scam. The office staff will sneak extra charges onto your rent and bills without any prior notice. For example, if you don’t have your trash bins out on the day they’re scheduled to be replaced, they’ll hit you with a $50 charge. My apartment is the best I could find in the city. Grounds are kept very well. Pool is cool. Never had any incidents of any kind. The new management is great, with communications, professionalism, and maintenance; and they are nice too!
