I've had several treatments at Aria spa, including a microdermabrasion, a peel, and laser hair removal. The staff has always been exceptionally nice; There was never a wait of more than 5 minutes for my appointment to begin, and no problems at all. The aesthetician that I see there is excellent! Toni is very professional and super understanding - I was a wimp about the laser at first, and she put me at ease. Although I've not been to another spa in this area, I really like Aria, and will continue to go there.
Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. – I have been going to Aria for several years now. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable and the spa is very neat and clean. It is a more relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere than most spas in the triangle and my skin has never looked better.
Mixed feelings. – I have been going to Aria since they opened probably about 6 years ago or so. The prices are way high, the owner is a horrible businessman (no appreciation for customer loyalty) and very weird but Toni, the aesthetician, keeps me coming back. There has been a lot turn over with everyone there it seems and the receptionists that Vernon decides to hire are each worse than the last. Worst Treatment Ever!!! – I went here a few weeks ago for a massage, and the way I was treated by the man there - seems to be the owner - was the WORST!! I've never written a review before, but since I'm still so bothered by him, I decided to warn others. I went in w/ a gift cert. I got from my mother's condo sale. I am Vernon the owner and I have never berated or bullied anyone. Anyone who knows me would realize that this is a completely false statement. I am not sure if this is a competitor trying to smear the business or someone with a vendetta, but this is totally unfounded and undeserved criticism.
Younger Looking Skin and Lasing Results! – Last week I had a microderm abrasion treatment with Beth. Loved it. The staff there made me feel right at home, and were happy to answer any questions about after care and what to expect during the treatment. My skin looks and feels silky smooth and years younger. Beth explained that it is a light exfoliation that enhances natural collagen which is why my skin is healthier. Wow, terrible customer service! – I called to try to make an appt today. I asked about prices of a couple treatments. She did not know and then put me on hold for 5 minutes while she looked - she still couldn't help me. Isn't there a menu of services there? If she doesn't know, why is she answering the phone? The people at the desk sound like brand new employees who have no idea what they are doing. **Note to owners: Hire more competent people. Get more phone lines. Never, never again – It's been several weeks, but this experience is worth sharing in a bad way. I'd had four facials at Aria. Obviously, I was happy with their aestheticians. However, my last visit was such a train wreck I have to write them off. I had spoken to the receptionist (of course) when making the appointment and told her I wasn't sure whether I wanted the same facial I'd had before. Great results and a great experience! – I have been bothered by my skin looking tired and muddled lately so I decided to have a day at the spa and went to Aria Skin Spa. I set up a microdermabrasion/facial and a massage and was very excited by the change one treatment had on my skin.
