I finally have a hair style and color that looks great on me! – I have been having my hair done by Bianca at Aria for the past 5 months and couldn't be happier. I have very fine hair that I could never get to look good.............she helped me to grow it out slightly, gave me a layered color that fits my skin tones and a cut that brings a model feel to my otherwise rather dull cut I used to wear. do you want to cry? – if you have ever left a salon crying and would like to experience that feeling again...go here. i had the worst haircut ever from the owner here, and she butchered my bangs. do not go here. i want my money back!

If you left the salon crying, you did a great job hiding it....I've been on vacation and have not taken any new clients in the last month and certainly don't remember an unhappy one. I would gladly refund any moneys to the rare unhappy customer (WOW)!
The salon's the thing! – I don't think I'll be traveling to a Ballard suburb anytime soon to have my hair done because I've found that I like the Aria salon too much! I know all their stylists are great and I'm not prepaired to travel elsewhere to get what I know I get at Aria. Thank you Aria, for always being there, and giving us the great services you always have!!
Aria - More than a great salon – I love my visits with Bianca at Aria. I leave knowing I look my best. Everyone tells me my hair looks great and wants to know where I went so they can get theirs done. But it's not just the great hair and products (the new one, Pevonia Botanica is one of the best I've used!). Thank You ARIA! – Thank you Aria for making my wedding day beautiful. The front desk was so helpful in organizing my wedding party and five bridesmaids. We all felt wonderful after our nails,peds and hair.
I found Bruno – So, after searching through many different salons and stylist throughout seattle, and them leaving to change their profession, i was once again in search of a new stylist. Knowledgeable staff – I haven't had a chance to get my hair done at the salon yet, but I did have the opportunity to stop in to get some hair products for my girlfriend. I had absolutely no idea what exactly I was looking for other than that I was supposed to get her texturizer. The receptionist whose name I can't remember was extremely helpful and informative. The product I ended up purchasing is called Osis Thrill. So far she loves it. We plan on stopping back in soon for cuts, thanks again.
Bruno is great...front desk SUCKS!!! – The front desk (with one excellent exception) are unreliable at best. Today is the third and last time I have had complications with scheduling for an appointment. One time the front desk "didn't see" my name in the book which meant I wasn't scheduled and had to reschedule. It's not unusual for the front desk to call me and try to reschedule me for whatever reason. As we discussed....You were scheduled both times as a complimentary 5-minute neck trim,not a $50 haircut. We often don't book neck trims in advance or on weekends this is why we didn't see your appointment that day usually clients just pop in for their quick maintenance. As for your stylist being sick.....We tried to call the phone number you gave us well before the salon opened. I love Aria – Rebekah Dunbar made my first waxing experience surprisenly unpainful. She was quick, friendly and the conversation distracted me from the hair removal process. I would definitely recommend her for waxing and facials and will be going back to her for sure. And for anyone scared to try getting a brazilian wax, she is very experienced and actually specializes in them. I have heard nothing but good things from people who have gone to her, so no need to be worried!
