I was a home owner in an HOA managed by Aria. Due to some miscommunication, a bill wasn’t paid on time and incurred a late fee. When I called to inquire because I’d never received the bill, I had the “pleasure” of speaking to someone who was uncaring, unsympathetic, and unkind. I understand rules must be followed but a little kindness goes a long way.
Me and my fiance have lived in an Aria Rental for almost two years now and have never had a bad experience with them! We just had our AC go out today and my very first maintenance request was assigned two minutes later and had someone at my home within the hour and got it fixed! Thank you Aria!!
I’ve been renting my house with ARIA for almost 2 years now. This is my first ever maintenance request I’ve had to put in. My AC went out and I put in a maintenance request today and 2 hours later, they came and my AC is working perfectly again. I honestly love this company! Thank you so much! If there was ever a place that stinks of nepotism, this is it. Do your homework on the ownership behind this place that has no ethics.
Absolutely horrible, I can’t possibly not recommend this company enough. We moved into a home that was no where near ready for tenants. Lights in the garage, kitchen and dining room did not work, the toilet and dishwasher leaked, no mailbox, extremely filthy everywhere, dangerous hookups for gas heating unit, bathtub did not drain and broke on second use, no hot water at move in, and to top it off, the water heater is now a major fire hazard and sounds like a small explosion and shakes the walls every time it kicks on, so we... read more
