Please be wary of this realty company. They like to send spam letters and calls to elderly home owners with dementia, preying on their vulnerability. Fortunately, in my case, the 92 year old with dementia they are targeting had the forethought to sign all of his property into another family member’s name. If you live in the surrounding area and have an elderly family member who might be at risk of being scammed, make it a practice to go over their mail with them.

I have nothing nice to say
If you decide to rent from this company, make sure to over document before and after you move in. I would also recommend making them do a walk through with you when you move in and out. They like to keep your deposit and send you a bill for general wear and tear as well as charge for rooms you never used after you move out.
if i could give 0 stars i would, they rented us a house that DIDN’T EVEN HAVE A VALID ADDRESS. We moved in and our packages weren’t delivering, we called them and they proceeded to tell us that they never fully filed our address. Not to mention, our ac doesn’t work, neither does our dryer, our shower backs up shit into it, and there is a putrid smell that consistently comes from our sinks. we reach our and they are “out of office for vacation” or being they are “sick” for months!!!
