If I could give zero stars, I would. Aria Properties has shown a blatant disregard for ethics and due diligence in a fraudulent real estate transaction involving a property where I hold sole legal ownership. I provided valid trust documents and asked that escrow be contacted. To date, I have received zero response, and It's been two weeks and I seriously doubt they ever forwarded my documents to the escrow company, as any competent and honest agent should have.
