I had a very disappointing experience with Leon. Throughout my appointment, he was frequently answering phone calls and seemed distracted instead of focusing on my service. He was also noticeably rude, impatient, and made me feel uncomfortable. The quality of the work was extremely poor. My acrylic nails came out very bulky and thick instead of the natural look I requested. The gel polish was messy, uneven, and applied carelessly. Had my feet and nails done. Had an issue with my nails but the owner did call and got my nails fixed and done right. I appreciate him doing what it took to make it right. He wasn’t happy until I was happy with my nails. Speaks volumes of how he runs and handles his business. Thank you.
