This is right outside the front door...
The Unit I rented, 3B, at The Aria for one year had constant problems. The building is very poorly engineered. The Landlord and Landlord's realtor did not inform me that unit 3B was the only unit with acess to one of the roofs. The maintance team and contractors could only acess the roof by going through my living room windows. There were roof leaks regularly in December (over Christmas) and January.
