I don’t recommend living here or at any apartments managed by this company “Mckinley”. When i moved in the pantry doorknob was being held by a beer bottle cap. The washing machine and dryer were molded & all they did was change the door of both appliances. The toilet paper holder were broken. The ac vents were dirty & needed replacements. The carpet was full of animal hair & animal piss. They do not do thorough cleaning after each resident moved out. It has been very disappointing that Aria Beach apartments, has infestation of Roaches and spiders. The pest control did treatments several times and the treatment was not effective at all!! We requested boming treatment that lasted 3 months to be approved and done by the office of Area Beach. Meanwhile we have been telling them since November of 2025 and they took action in January2026 but the regular treatments were not effective !!!! The staff here are amazing including maintenance since I’ve been living here the recent Manager has been the best. My neighbors are great never had any issues with them. The apartment is a great size very comfortable. Sad to have to move.
