This is the most duplicitous, low ball, time wasting scheme I've seen in a real estate market dripping with opportunists. Literally next to nothing is guaranteed to a seller in a plan reliant on Aria finding someone willing to pay rent in the hope that someday they can qualify for a mortgage.
