Never called or even inquired about services but started getting cold calls, texts, voicemails to even my parents. My house is listed with a realtor already so their unattractive desperation to cold call people with homes already listed is only annoying and will never get my business.
This is the most duplicitous, low ball, time wasting scheme I've seen in a real estate market dripping with opportunists. Literally next to nothing is guaranteed to a seller in a plan reliant on Aria finding someone willing to pay rent in the hope that someday they can qualify for a mortgage. Most rent-to- buy firms claim to get the seller better than market rent. Three management firms quoted me an average of $4,500 per month rental income for our home whilce Aria quoted $2,505.
