The slick spin-off of the Fairmont's adjacent Aria aims to draw hipster and foodie attention to the East Loop. – The Scene Amber and violet lighting wash the oval room. Metallic tiles play nicely with shimmering drapery. The bar to the right offers stool seating, but modish lounge configurations throughout are more inviting for cocktails. A central communal sushi bar is glass and glows blue and offers a more serious eating space for loners or couples. Techno is perhaps too aggressive, and maybe too loud, but reinforces an in... read more

Eclectic menu, nice atmosphere – Great menu...lots of Indian and Asian influences. They start you with the tastiest Naan. I also really like the ambiance and the decor of the place. Plays along with the Asian motif but is well done. A great option if you're in the mood for something other than the usual Italian, steak, etc...

Great Date Spot – Aria is set apart from the rest of the downtown ciaos in the Fairmont Hotel. It has a great bar where we like to take out of town guests to entertain. The sushi is great and the service is great. This bar/restaurant is great for a intimate date night.

Best for high tea or dessert – This place is fancy-shmancy, but more in the traditional style than the urban-trendy one. I don't think the dinner cuisine lives up to its ambiance (or is worth the high prices) - but afternoon tea and late night dessert are a good way to soak up the vibe without breaking the vault.

Refined hotel dining ideal for celebrations and special occasions. – The Scene Since 1924, this elegant restaurant in the Fairmont Olympic Hotel has provided a grand setting for memorable dinners. Its opulent decor and four-star service create a distinctly posh, regal atmosphere. The crowd includes locals and big-business types hoping to impress their clients. Hotel visitors round out the scene in the sophisticated terrace bar and luxurious dining room. The Food Seasonal menus feature some items that rate low in fat and calo... read more

'Classic, elegant and beautiful' This place will arouse your 5 senses. – Truly an experience. You have to savor this dining experience yourself to understand. Love the food at the Rover's. However, for half the price, you are able to dine inside a gorgeous and elegant dining room, decorated in a warm yet comfortable settings (instead of some houses). Of course, the food is prepared by a notable award winning chef and delivered to your table with an oustanding service. Love Love Love this place a lot that I've dined at The Ge... read more

I looked shabby and was treated royally. – I dined alone, as usual, was dressed in un-trendy casual, yet the hostess seated me promptly and well. The steak, cooked perfectly medium-rare, with au jus divine was accompanied by perfectly al dente asparagus and haricort verte. I was treated royally by Joaquin, the waiter, who found a French red wine for me that was not on the luncheon menu, and Sadie Rose the hostess who is gracious well beyond her years. I left the restaurant considerably happier than when I arrived. I am a Sea... read more

An enormous desert resort offering golf, tennis, fine dining and full spa services. – In Short One of North Scottsdale's largest luxury resorts, the Princess features more than 600 rooms, 20 suites and 100 casitas. The resort's prime location is close to popular attractions like Westworld of Scottsdale, Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West, Rawhide Wild West Town and area hiking and biking trails. Additionally, the Valley's best golf courses, including TPC of Scottsdale, Grayhawk and Kierland golf clubs, are a wedge shot away.

A Place for Elegance and Outstanding Service – Recently I took a friend here for dinner before the theater. I am in a cast w/a wheelchair and when we arrived the valet for the hotel was incredibly accomodating, taking us up through the back way to the restaurant. I was greeted by name and so began an evening of incredible service, attentive but never intrusive. The food was equally outstanding and I believe reasonable. We each ordered the 4 course tasting menu w/wine. Each of the wines was excellent and paired perfectly with... read more
