Booking process is a game of phone tag but I think that's a company issue. Dr.Young however, explained things well and made a scary situation seem manageable, while still being taken seriously. Coming back if I ever get another tummy ache, thank you!
From the time I walked into the office checking in, to seeing the nurse, to seeing Dr. Young, then talking to the schedulers, I could not have been more happy with the how kind and professional they all were.
