I've been living in one of their properties for a few years. Management is great to deal with, quick responses to the very few issues that arose over the years. Mahmoud is always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

I would give it 0 stars if I could ! This property Managament company is beyond negligent ! They do NOT communicate with tenants they do not follow up on maintenance requests. They allowed the property we rented to fall into serious disrepair causing hazards and safety concerns for my family, which they refused to respond to or fix they didn’t renew our fixed term lease and we never did anything but pay our rent on time and care for the property as if it was our own.
