I lived in an ARI Properties unit for two years and had a great experience. The building was well maintained, management was responsive, and maintenance issues were dealt with quickly. Communication from the property management team was always clear and prompt.
Very unprofessional property management. Communication completely stopped once we said we wouldn’t extend the lease. Calls and emails were ignored, no maintenance, and no pest control for 2 years. They also unfairly charged extra from the security deposit. Avoid this company.
Very poor management. They charged an excessive amount from my security deposit at move-out for issues that were already there. I strongly recommend staying away.
Even when I moved in, the unit wasn’t in proper condition. There were marks, wear and tear, and small damages that were clearly from previous tenants. They didn’t bother fixing anything, and then later tried to charge me for it during move-out.If you want a smooth and fair rental experience, this is not the company to trust.
