What can you say, about a company, that puts there customers 1st.?.? First trip to the new facility. Very nice!! Power, Water, Dump station, lounge( with nice furniture, coffee,and tv) Laundry. My work was completed on time, on price. Even solved my problem with shore power. With a "We can do that, we can do it right now if our want". The one part I needed, we don't stock that, Problem solved,. Take the "courtesy vehicle" over here, they'll probably have it. Best customer service, any where I've done business.
The staff at ARI are really friendly. Nice area to watch t.v. had unlimited coffee. Also, for lunch we had pizza delivered to the lounge. We hooked up and stayed another night with no problems. Great place to park when your sleeper is getting some TLC.
I've learned a hard lesson by taking my truck elsewhere don't make the same mistake take it to the people who knows it best. Take it to ARI
These guys are amazing!! They made sure everything was done to perfection!! Thank you Mel for the extra service you did making sure it was done!
