Got talked into stopping by by the staff while I was replacing the power transfer switch at home. Glad I did. Water filled, cassette empty, they snuck me in for a generator service. The best that has run in MONTHS (normally get stuck using Speedco on the road). Had the parts that I needed IN STOCK for other things that need attention from a fridge door latch, lightbulbs, to parts for the water heater. Very upbeat attitude throughout the building. Five star service and a five star product by five star people. We love our ARI sleeper and all of the people there too. Very rarely have I come across or done business with a company so centered around customer satisfaction. As far as I am concerned, there is only one custom sleeper company. That company is ARI.
It’s always a pleasure having work done in a timely fashion and fair price. The crew gets it done. Looking forward to my next visit.
Lets be fair a little expensive but you get what you pay for, knowledgeable, dedicated staff from the top down and frequent customers are catered to with name recognitions! I can say I’ve never had a bad experience here and if your the diy person they will help you through any repair! I’ve had my truck for seven years now and I’ve been coming here whenever the repair is to tough for me to diy love the people and the other drivers that come here are normally a friendly sort I’ve made good friends!

Great people I wish they were closer to Iowa. I have to schedule time to go in there. They are not on my normal route. Been there twice and it's been a 800 mile min. DH. However service has been fantastic.
