I start with high expectations and go from there. I like the fact that Dr. Holtzman included the MIR and CT scan for me to see as part of the evaluation.
What's a horrible experience. I feel off a second story deck and had 9 spinal fracture with 4 compression fractures. I was told that I needed a custom back brace. It took over 4 weeks for this office to get the back brace prescription right. It was another 2 weeks before I got the brace. I paid over 600 dollars out of pocket for this brace. I had an appointment with Dr. Holtzman a few days after I got the brace. We waited over an hour and a half in a room. Not one person came in to let us know what was going on. Everyone was so nice and attentive! The procedure was super quick, and painless. I was pretty nervous since it was my first procedure of any sorts, but the team’s professionalism and kindness made it far less intimidating (plus they played awesome music). Thank you proliance team and thank you Dr. Holtzman!
