I called ARI for a boardup on one of my properties that was badly damaged due to a fire. I met the owner Dennis, at the location for the boardup. Dennis did not give me a price, but I said specifically that if it would be more than $250 to board up the 10 windows and 1 door, then do not do it because I would have my brother get over there to do it for me.
