I had an outstanding experience at Arhaus Loft and felt compelled to share it. After purchasing furniture, I ran into some unexpected challenges with shipping items that could have easily turned into a frustrating situation. Beautiful design
Absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. After confirming over the phone with several employees that I would be driving in from out of state (5.5 hrs) that they would be able to help load the furniture into my vehicle, they declined to provide ANY support whatsoever once I arrived at the store.
