I have to give a shoutout to the Arhaus team for truly standing by their warranty and for overall exemplary service. I got a bed there 5 years ago that started squeaking about 2 months ago. I contacted customer care and they immediately sent over someone to look at it who determined the headboard had cracked and ordered a new one. Then I got a call that my bed was no longer in production but I could pick a new one free of charge (same price range as old). We purchased a bed frame from Arhaus and waited approximately 10 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, our experience from that point forward was very disappointing. When the bed frame arrived, it had visible dirty marks and stains on it. During the delivery, one of the delivery personnel became argumentative and aggressive when my wife pointed out the issues. Great furniture store. We have bought furniture there several times and recently had a small issue with a chair 2 Years later the stepped up and took care of the issue, they were wonderful and helpful taking care of it. As a small buisness owner I so appreciate their service and customer support. We will be buying from the again.
