We bought a few basic and one beautiful accent piece of furniture for $12 K on 01/19/2026 from the arhaus pittsburgh highland ave store to furnish our new home, the estimated delivery being 4-6-8 weeks. We still have none delivered. It has been a tremendous chore reaching our sales associate Erin about any specifics of our remaining balance or delivery time. We just purchased the 118” Tuscany rectangular dining table with extension ends. It was so easy and quick. Ask for Jill. She’s fabulous.
We purchased a $5k sectional here and were sold on the unlimited warranty. The sofa is beautiful and comfortable, if it were able to be professionally cleaned. The warranty was useless. Do not buy it! We were told that it covered everything - “your dog could eat the sofa.” The warranty actually had so many stipulations it was useless. The warranty didn’t even cover pet stains. First off, the furniture is beautiful and reasonably priced (after various available discounts) for what you get. Elizabeth did an amazing job decorating my home from scratch. I purchased a whole home's worth of furniture plus several pieces for another apartment located in another city, and aside from Elizabeth and the furniture turning out great, the rest was a nightmare.
