I booked an assessment consultation. I’m interested in using a hair topper since I’m experiencing significant hair loss at the crown of my head. The service was simply terrible. They showed me two hairpieces that looked like wigs from the 80s. I showed them several videos of what I was looking for, but the two people assisting me provided no information whatsoever. Lauren is the best! She works wonders on giving me the confidence I need as a 23 yr old losing my hair! She always makes the appointments fun and she is super knowledgeable about toupees and everything you need to know even out of the salon!
