How can perfection be improved? Donna makes me feel like I am the most important patient in the universe, as does your entire staff including Dr. Bibb and the nice lady doctor who helped me with my fillings. I am always on time for my appointments but had to wait 30-45 minutes to be seen. No procedure was done other than x rays. I exited the office at 5:05pm. I was pleased with the discussion of the future treatment I will have but I was not impressed with the great gaps of time when I was left sitting in the waiting room and/or the dental chair - unattended.
