Extremely helpful The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He will test your city water with a computer for free and recommend a plan for your pool or spa. After being treated to terrible customer service at another spa store, this place is a welcomed find. thanks, will be back!
Awesome Kevin is awesome! We were looking for a pool guy since the one we had previously wasn't working out. We stumbled upon his company and couldn't be more pleased. We are newly renting where we are at and he even came out and took pictures of the pools condition so we could have it to show it didn't happen while we were here (just to be safe). He's been nothing but a pleasure to work with and needless to say we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend him to EVERYone. You won't be disappointed!
Great Service, very knowledgeable We called upon Argus Pool Supply when we were having trouble with our pool motor. We received service from the owner himself. He came out, took a look and gave us a true explanation of what was going on. I felt that he wasn't going to take us for a ride because we didn't know anything about pools or try to sell us more than we needed. Great service This is our second pool service company - and the difference couldn't be more evident! Argus Pool Supplies provides the type of service I was looking for. For less money than I paid my last pool service, Argus Pool Supplies does more and I don't have to wonder if they've been by or bothered to vacuum the pool. Yep, my previous service felt that getting the debris out of the pool with a net was sufficient, no need to vacuum, or sweep the walls - no wonder the pool kept turning green! new5566 Fabulous experience! I originally called Kevin due to my pump not pulling water from the pool into the filter. I had been messing with the vacuum and managed to get it locked up with air. I waited a couple of days, and when the problem had not resolved itself I knew I needed to call someone. Highly recommend I have had the pleasure of using Argus Pool Supplies for just shy of a year. I was new to the area and purchased a home with a pool and had no clue on what to do so I called Kevin and he was at my property promptly and checked out the equipment, made adjustments and explained my system to me. Kevin is not only a great guy but is reliable and my pool looks amazing at all times! I highly recommend you use his service.
Impressed I called Argus Pool Supplies after finding good reviews for this local business on the internet. Kevin answered when I called and said he could come by the same day (a Saturday). We had a heater that wouldn't start and "no flow" problems with our saltwater chlorinator system. Kevin was prompt, polite and professional. He cleaned our dirty filters which didn't fix the flow problem but did indicate a bad flow sensor. Friendly If you needed any pool parts or pool supplies this is the place to go. Friendly and helpful, Kevin, and his staff are always attentive of all customers walking through the door. Before you finish walking in, Kevin, and his staff are asking "how are you today? How can I help you?".
