Mike from Venice Sands ... for the second time in three years, Argus has orchestrated major repairs right in the middle of prime season. This time, it's roof repairs than started Jan. 4. The pool may be closed for maybe as long as two months. Why were't these repairs done in May or June or September or October? Very disappointing. I hope our association looks into a better management company.
This management company has done work on our property during prime season. They do not take into consideration the expectations of the owner, to be able to use the facilities during your vacation. Repairs are done during vacation time. The pool has been closed for 4 months for balcony and screen repair, the fence was not repaired for almost 9 months after hurricane damage and now the pool is closed for roof repairs. This was not communicated to the owners.
