One of the most inept and worst run road maintenance services in the Province of BC. Just called because the road into Pinantan Lake is a gong-show with snow. I don't care so much in my truck but lots of people this way don't have trucks. Called their call centre and the operator basically says the crews were caught off guard and are doing their best. Caught off guard!!! A snowfall in December in the TNRD at 1000m is likely to catch anyone by surprise... AT ARGO!!! Maybe start watching the weather channel. That company canno... read more

If I could give a zero, I would. I'm usually quite giving when it comes to reviews but I can't in good conscience give any more than what's posted. Extremely disappointed with how this company is run. They are operating extremely dangerously recently and I've had two of my friends run off the road by them in the last week, and they struck and killed a dog on the road going WAY TOO FAST. Some care and attention should be taken.
