Well to be honest ..I have driven the redlake road for a year now ..I don't know if whonever os responsible.for the hill.leaving kamloops.is just learning..or.what the deal.is but ..I want to.know.who to.send my vechicle.repair bills.to.as the hill.maintenance is just embarrassing ... The very base now.to.the very top....all in about 10 days of you folks "working on tbe hill" thier isn't a vechicle.made.to.withstand. Argo. We have called you once and others have called about road maintenance on Edith Lake Road. The washboard is horrifying. My mother almost hit the ditch because of it. We have so many people each day coming up the road to Edith Lake and I do believe the amount of traffic isn't considered. Please do something about this. You're doing nothing. I asked over 2 weeks ago and not even a phone call back, so here's my review. I tried calling.

Watch out for their flaggers... They have no idea what they're doing, and will hit your car for no reason with there stop sign..... I hope you get reported for that.... (Intersection of Highway 5 and East Shuswap. July 6th 2024 at 3:45pm)

I live in knouff Lake on McCully road our road is not plowed about 70 % of the time it's a hill and my family can't get to our driveway it's frustrating. If your going to do the community do the whole community please . We have had to shovel the road ourself so we can get up the hill. I'm mad at this situation

Consistently every year, their road upkeep had declined in kamloops. At this point it doesn't even look like they have plowed the road. It's incredibly icy with cars sliding all over the road. I pray no one has an emergency. Completely unprofessional.
