My husband and I have had wonderful experiences with Argo. Their buildings, staff and professionalism is something that sets them head and shoulders above many. It’s the little things that count and personal service is always impeccable! Will be recommending constantly!
I’ve lived in 2 different Argo managed buildings over the past 6 years, and have been very impressed by the management of the buildings. The doormen, porters and supers have always been incredibly helpful. The buildings are kept immaculately clean and the rents have been the most reasonable in the neighborhood. When recently needing to move to a bigger place, I was happy to find a 2 bedroom in my current Argo building.
I was a resident of an Argo building on the Upper West Side for over three years. During that time, I experienced the very best of care. From the helpful and friendly staff members in the building, to the prompt attention of upper management when I needed to coordinate a move, every request was met with a smile and quick helpful response. I highly recommend Argo to my friends and family members!
I have been a resident of an Argo building on the upper West side for the past 16 years. Gary Boyce is the best superintendent I have ever had in any building in New York City! Always pleasant and efficient no matter how many difficulties he may have to do deal with. The staff and management are always courteous, prompt and thoughtful. I have been a resident of a few Argo buildings over the years and it was always great to deal with them. I especially appreciated the no hassle, hands on approach by Karina from the accounting department. She is very knowledgeable, effective, productive and just plain nice to deal with. Just returned from Venice, Italy, to my favorite view and people on the Upper West Side, my Argo doormen and staff... they are the best... they welcomed us home with a great big smile and a helping hand, too. We are very lucky to be living in an Argo building.
