Terrible and rude service. They told me it would take three weeks to replace an opal that fell out of a ring my late aunt gave me. However, it took three months for the stone to get replaced, and the stone was cracked when I finally got the ring back. The communication while they had my ring was awful/nonexistent. Very quick repair on a ring, and you cannot tell that it was ever broken in the first. Very reasonable cost too. Both of the people were friendly and eager to help. Thank you!
My entire family has had wonderful experiences for years! I really felt comfortable coming in while I was a broke college student to pick out a reasonably priced thoughtful gift. They were so kind and helpful. I even had a watch sized to fit my wrist that I didn’t purchase there, complimentary. 10 years later and (a little) more financially stable I’m buying gifts for loved ones and designing my engagement ring from Colorado��

Not really sure I hated it, just disappointed. I left a phone number for someone to contact me about ordering a ring. I ended up ordering it online. So much for giving a local place my business.
