I got a massage and facial treatment as a gift. The staff are really nice. A big plus on not selling stuff to me during the sessions, esp during facials. I enjoyed the clean facility. There is a pleasant scent as soon as you step out of the elevator. Its like letting you know you are now at the spa. My gym has better facilities - Don't get my wrong, I love my gym. But one of DCs's alleged top spas should not have lesser facilities. My massage wasn't good. I am not exaggerating when I say that my therapist used his forearms and elbows 95% of my 80 minute massage and his hands 5% of the time. But that is not the reason for the poor rating.
