We had an extremely disappointing experience with Argent Trust, specifically Morgan Gearhart. During a critical time when my husband was undergoing open-heart surgery (unexpected surgery) and hospitalized for six weeks, Morgan Gearhart who works for Argent Trust in Birmingham, Alabama failed to communicate effectively with my husband and I both.
