Do not rent with this company! ARG CEO Allison Ambrose is a liar, deceitful, manipulative and the list goes. They are scammers, they just want to take your money. Worst rental company I have ever used. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM NO MATTER WHAT. Tierra is a habitual liar and anytime you need maintenance will give you nothing bit the run around and whatever lie she can think of to make you go away but she will ALWAYS make sure rent is collected. They have left RAW SEWAGE in my home for over a month.
