Arrived for scheduled appointment. Employee checked vitals and added new med I was prescribed by another doctor. She said the doctor would be in shortly as she started to leave. I asked to see my chart showing my current meds. She handed me the chart and I scratched out SEVERAL, that I no longer take! The doctor comes in and decides to change a medication. I hand deliver this RX to pharmacy same day, to later learn it needs prior authorization. I have contacted this office, morning and afternoon for three days to get status.... read more
Super friendly staff and doctors. EVERYONE encourages you to do well. They always treat me very nice and I appreciate all of them.

Extremely poorly trained front office staff! Have had nothing but problems with the staff giving poor information on cpap supplies and maintenance. Was told that I could only get supplies from this office every 6 months. After constant URI infections for 3 months and many office visits to my PCP and calls to Respironics, was told that is not the case and supplies should be changed on a very specific schedule of 1/2/3 and 6 mo schedule to meet Medicare Guidelines that insurance companies follow.
